Looking for oil fill tube grommet

I guess its a grommet...my motor was painted yellow, and was apart for some time waiting on the machine work. Somewhere between stripping that hideous yellow, and re assembly it has disappeared. Does anyone know where I can get another?

I used RTV to seal mine. Hmm, maybe that is why I'm still seeing oil leak.

The one highway stars offers is larger and thicker than stock and is a improved design over stock. I run it on my car and have had no leaks.
