Looking for paint code for touchup stick and spark plug #'s

What is the paint code number so I can get a stick of GM paint for my TTA?

What is the best plugs to get and what do they gap on?

How about?

I called a GM dealer, they don't carry the touch up paint anymore, at least my local dealer doesn't. I got the touch up paint at Walmart tho for GM cars. White, Code 40, WA8554

Plugs, i'd use the AC delco brand. www.gnttype.org this site will tell you what to gap to.
