Looking for Some Insight/Car Review in So. Cal.

I am in NC and interested in a car for sale in Southern California; specifically Santa Maria. I am looking for someone, preferably not in the car market right now, that could look at it on my behalf. Is anybody available or do you know anybody in that area that could review the car? If so, please call or email me. I am willing to pay for a turbo-knowledgeable person to look at it.

I live in Santa Maria, in fact I called the owner on tuesday and he said that the car was "in storage out of town" and If I wanted it I better act FAST because they were moving to Idaho. I tried getting ahold of him last night and only got his answering machine.
