Looking for some small parts

I am looking for a few small parts so I can get my car smogged.

I need:
The pipe that goes from the valve cover to the turbo
the bracket that goes under the air cleaner and the bolts that hold it down (what the air cleaner bolts too)
bolts that hold the stock downpipe to the turbo elbow (bolts with the springs I think)

I either need these or the specs so I can pick them up from the hardware store

bolts that hold the turbo bracket to the block (one is a stud, the other is a bolt)
bolts that hold the maf to the stock AC housing

I need these parts as soon as possible so I can get the car registered. I can paypal now.

I have the pipe from the valve cover to the turbo, complete with both rubber couplings, clips and breather, LIKE NEW, $35. + shipping.
