Looking for the round plastic turbo six key fob

I am looking for the black plastic key fob. It is about the size of a quarter with the gray center and has the turbo six logo with the words Turbo Performance Tested around the logo. It also has a metal clip that holds the keys. It might be a factory key fob. Mine came with the car and it has seen better days.
