Other then ATR who sells a MAF pipe for these cars? preferably 4"

Can you still get the heat shield for the coolant overflow?

The privacy screen for the rear hatch, I think I may have one from my old Iroc I sold a long time ago.

An aftermarket heat shield was being made last year (or maybe even the year before). Three places that may have them, no order of preference:
1) Johns Performance
2) Car Motorsports
30 Ron's Custom order

The 4" MAF is going to be a custom deal.
You might want to see if you can find Dan MacDonald, aka "Grumpy" on this list and see if he is still doing anything with MAF pipes. If you do a search on this, you'll find some recent posts from late last year.

I never knew there was such thing as a "privacy screen".... but I'm really a TR guy

On the screen, same on any other TA, Formula, Bird. I have a spare in the garage rafters, a little rought though. Should be easy to find in a scrap car.
