loooking to start project

As the title sates i am looking to start a build on a GN i am looking for a car in or around va. The car does not need to run or have engine but can not have much rust. I have only got 2000-3000 to spend on it. Also i am willing to buy Monte Carlos or regals.

hey bro, i have an 86 and im leaving for the gulf in october and im thinking of getting rid of it and buying a regular car, its not in great condition but if you have the time and tlc it can be an awesome ride.
