I swear one of these days i am gonna get a flamethrower and go on a spree on this Low Life F****, today i saw this one guy begging for money at a stop light he comes over to my window and ask for money i told him no money for you today he flipped me the middle finger i was like  , but I decided to keep my cool, he goes up to the person behind me and does the same (girl driver) i see her hand him some cash out the window he looks at it and the Fu**** throws the money on the ground, i saw a whole bunch of pennies rolling on the floor, i could not believe this guy, just because he must off gotten about 15cents in pennies he throws them away, what kind of beggers are these people, all they need now is a damn baseball bat and not ask for money but beat you to death for it, beggers cant be choosers, and this guy was definetly a begger with an attitude i say do away with them all, i am just tired of all this dumb low lifes asking for money they should go out and get a damn job, i work hard for my money every day and wont give it away just because you ask for it, specially if you ask with a fu**** up attitude.

just venting.

And yet another reason I moved out of that ****hole. The "people" there are slowly evolving backwards into animals.

Pack somethng for him to eat. If he refuses that....I doubt he'll bother you again. Just keep a stuffed sack on the seat next to you and offer it through the window whenever he comes by. He'll never bother you again. My experience is that he won't accept food, just money to buy what he really wants.

We had some beggars close to my house in Colorado Springs for years in the summer time. They would retire from their intersection and walk over tothe Super 8 motel for the night :)

The city stopped them and no more problem.

They are there because people will give them money. If they stay there all day, they can pull in more cash money than many people do working. That was a good thing that "bum" did by throwing down that money. It taught that girl a lesson to not give them money. After a long day of begging, many of those people will go to their car parked near by, peel off their begging clothes and drive home.

A reporter from one of the local rag papers did a story on this. He dressed up like a bum and hung out at one of the intersections. He described how some of the beggers gave him tips, that wearing a gold ear ring and ring wouldn't look good and that he should take it off. He said that they took turns on the corner and after their time was up, another begger went out to the intersection. He said he ended up making about $12 an hour for the 6 hours he was there.

What was that special that 60 mins or 20/20 did a while back about the beggars putting in a full day, then getting in their Lexus that was parked nearby and driving home for the evening?

I do have sympathy for people who are TRULY down on their luck, and the best thing that can get is knowledge. Knowledge of how they can get back up and working again. I'm not saying I'm for or against the government paying for all this, but the truth is there are plenty of outlets for people who are down to get straight again.
