Ijust got my GN this summer so this is really the first time im getting to enjoy it int he cool weather. And all i can say is wow!!! the car seems much less temperamental and overall more fun to drive. a coworker of mine who has a 2.7l biturbo audi s4 also says his car is much better behaved in this weather. ive heard that turbo cars are better in cooler weather but it feels like a different car. my real question is, how do they act in extreme cold, like 20-30 degrees? onyl asking because i have to drive mine year round

you have just witnessed mother nature's cold air induction. these cars scream when the temp goes down. I drove mine last winter and I probably will have to again this year. They are ok during darn cold weather, but give it lots of time to warm up. And if you get stuck in the snow, don't lay on the gas until the turbo spools, it doesn't help!

You make more and more power as the temp drops, but the lower it goes, the worse the traction is. 40-55 degrees seems to be the best balance of power due to the cold without losing too much traction due to cold.
