I got my Turbo Link hooked up today. What a great package. Well all my numbers are within spec.Tps is a little low at WOT 4.48-4.49......Here is my dilema. When I have the TCC locked I am showing up to 11.6 Deg of Retard in 3rd gear but When the TCC is left normal I show a max of 4.2 Deg Retard. So what do I do...Lower the boost for when I lock up the converter or just leave everything as is and not lock up the converter?
I am only running 15-16 psi Boost.
The TL shows I am running rich but take a look at numbers and please tell me if I am missing anything.

If you're running pump gas, 758 on the O2's is very very lean. You should be closer to 800-810 on the street, especially at the lower boost levels you're running.

When the TCC is locked the load is much greater, hence the greater knock retard when it's locked.
You need to get your WOT O2's up, especially if you're running 91-92 octane. If you have to run 91, I doubt you'll be able safely run much more than 15-16# of boost anyway.
You can also try finding something to bump the octane up. Either better gas, or some other method.
Reduced timing in the chip will help some also.
