lower control arm removal any tips?

Trying to put a ford 9" into my TTA and cant get the lower control arms out. I want to take the stock lowers out with the stock rear because Iam also upgrading to aftermarket control arms. Any one know how to get the bolts out?? The nuts seam to be seized up on the bolts.

When I removed the bolts from the lower control arm, I had to get a small wrench on the jam nut on the outer side of the control arm and use a large wrench over the small wrench as a lever to loosen the nut. After the nut was off, turning ccw on the control arm bolt walked it out.
