Are 1982-2000 firebird and camaro lower rear control arms the same as my 1987 GN??

Yes, the lower control arms for the F bodies can be used. The GNTTYpe web site has the part numbers for the 1LE arms, which are stiffer, and may come with bushings.. not sure about that. But if you check the SLP site, they often have "take off" parts for sale at good prices. Not sure if they would have the LCAs off of anything but current gen F bodies, but it's worth a try.
