I'm sorry, I still don't understand how the 43psi regulator will work. Your tank pressures will always be above that. How will you keep the rail pressure below 150? I apologize if my questions are throwing this thread off. I am only wanting to help, but may be causing more harm. Perhaps I should step out.
 
i may but its a daily driver, and waiting for a heater is not an option, the car will run fine at that low presssure. and i may have coolant heat the tank if need be
