ls1 springs

i think i read before that Ls1 valve springs can be used on the 3.8. is this right and does anyone have any other little "secrets" i can use for my motor build?

I just saw that post earlier tonight, it was LT1 springs though

I believe those are first generation LT-1 springs, I understand the 2nd generation springs are to too stiff and could wipe your cam?
