The small-block chevy LT-1 (Z/28) spring is a .192" wire diameter, part number is VS-739R, Clevite 212-1183, or Melling 46620.

The stock GN GM 3.8 or small-block chevy spring is a .177" wire diamater, part # is Sealed-Power/ Speed-Pro/ Federal-Mogul VS-677 or VS-727, Clevite 212-1150 or 212-1198, or Melling VS-380.

I bought my LT 1 valve springs from Kirban performance years ago,I've had them on my car now for about 13 years without any problem.
