Lug Nuts for non turbo regal

I put new wheels on my 86GN and I put the turbo wheels on my 81 Buick wagon. I need different lug nuts to use the Turbo center caps but the wagon has different threads. Does anyone know what kind of lug nuts I need and where I can buy them? Thanks

you are kind of SOL on that one. i looked for 7/16" lug nuts with the same step as the GN ugs, and i couldn't find any.
might be easier to convert the wagon to 12mm studs.
