maf in intercooler pipe?

i have seen that some dsm cars do this would it be worth it and has anyone done this looking at relocateing my throttle body and this crossed my mind?

Nearly all the information I've ever seen about relocating the maf is here:

Many users that converted to IC will tell you to move you TB as well. There is a linkg to pictures in a forum sticky. Do a search on the matter Cool84 has talked about the drastic throttle responce changes and so on from TB relocation.
