I had a tt alcohol chip burnt for my combo using a 4" full throttle intake and maf, but the intake is atleast a few weeks on back order and it's the only thing holding up my new combo from being bolted on. Can I run the stock maf with a chip meant for a 4" maf or will the tune be fubar?

Are you running a Translator Gen II to run that new integrated maf pipe you have on back order? Or an earlier version Translator?

In that case, you'll just have to take the translator out of the circuit while running the stock maf. The older translators weren't designed to run a stock maf. The chip isn't going to care much, it just wants a maf signal.

Thanks, now I just need to figure out how to get the stock intake tube onto a 4" turbo.

Quickest way will be to get a Fernco 4" to 3" adapter found in the plumbing section of Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, ect. These are for pvc so the Fernco will seem to be bigger than your 3" maf pipe but they are very pliable and will tighten down around it.
