Mafless ECM

Can someone modify the ECM to work without a Mass Air Flow, but use any chip we want? Or that is not possible...

Yes, the ME-Mafless, does that. But, it takes a ME-Mafless *chip* to run things in that mode.

The stock ecm can be rewired internally to allow for rewritting all the code, and switching to a MAP only system, but it's alot of work.

BTW, there is one other answer about going to a MAP only system, but it also takes a fair amount of work.
