making non lockup trans back to lock

I have a friend with a non lockup trans, but I want to run a lockup converter. What does it take the convert it back?

depends

on what kind of N/L up setup it has. I believe the older Art Carr kit requires you to remove the pump. New kits don't. Where in IN? I may be able to help.

I was doing some research and if the pump is modified how hard is it to undo that modification? Sound like there is a plug with a fixed orifice that is replaced with a setscrew, so I will have to trim the screw down and then drill a hole in it to replacate the orifice.

What parts will I need? gasket for the pump? possibly some other parts the spring plungers cclip assembly? There there is an oring gasket on the end of the input shaft and a check ball??
