I am wondering who is currently running the S10 box, and what your impressions are, driving it on the street / highway.
I have driven a couple of different cars with manual steering, I like the tighter feel, although both cars were lighter than the Regal. Parking is a little different, but with my power steering pump in crappy shape already, I don't see much down-side. Would love to clean up underhood plumbing and save some weight and power used to drive the pump.
Also - which "shorter" belt should be used? Or should I just change out the pump... looking for opinions.
