Map AE Parameters Question

Got a question about the map parameters, what does the dMap Noise Threshold exactly do? If I raise this number, does it make the map reading less sensitive? What I'm wondering, I have very low vacuum at idle due to cam choice, and the car is really rich, would changing this setting help with this condition? TIA

Thanks Craig for the reply. I've have read that, what I was wondering the higher the number in the dMap, the less sensitive the MAP?

Yes, the higher the number the less sensitive.
