Does it need to be hooked up to Vaccum and if so where is it supposed to tie in? Thanks

It normally ties in to one of the vacuum hard lines coming off the vacuum block on top of the throttle body. It is only used to run the boost gauge.

If the car has an alky kit you do. If it has a speed density chip or aftermarket ECU you do. And, if you use the power logger it needs it to measure boost pressure.
