marathon bar??? remember?

last night at the point between being awake and asleep I was thinking about my youth and my favorite candy bar at the time .does any1 remember this product called the marathon bar,basically just a carmel chocolate bar that was like 12 inches long....I cant stop thinking about this...I need 1,I gotta have 1.

I had a friend that could roll an entire bar up and fit it in his mouth. It had a red wrapper with yellow writing. 3 interweaved lines of chocolate covered caramel. I loved them too lol.

Man that was my favorite!

I remember that it was long and skinny, with sections that crossed each other.

I used to refrigerate it, snap and eat it off piece by piece.....

According to the maker, the Curly Wurly takes its place.......

i think i've seen them around here.

could be an energy bar with the same name... i'll keep an eye out.
