Can this fan be wired up to the factory wiring and just add some relays ?? Would like to keep it coming on when it reaches 160 and Hi when a/c is on .. just like factory or on Hi all the time but still controlled by temp ...

Yes, just use the factory wiring to trigger bigger (50A) relays (instead of the powering the fan).
