matching puck on TH dp

I didn't bore out the exh housing to match the puck on the dp whe I put it on. That would be what is causing the boost to surge around max boost in 2nd and 3rd...right?

1st gear is rock solid at 17psi, 2nd starts to bobble slowly from like 14-19 after you've hit 17psi and you're at the top of the gear.

After having the exact same problem last week--i wore out the search function on all 3 boards----and after hours of reading--porting the puck seemed to be tha answer i kept coming back to.It seemed most were porting from 1'-1 1/16" and radius the inside side.
