max output of stock turbo?

Does anyone know the max hp output of our stock turbo. The flow rating is like 390 cfm correct?

I believe the Max flow on the stocker is around 570 CFM , that is what the stock Q-jet is set to flow. Correct me If I'm wrong guy's.

Has anyone ever went to an external wastegate on the carbed cars and removed the elbow and internal wastegate? A good bit of the 84-87 guys seem to have this mod along with the larger downpipe.
