I working on a customers hot air car with a Spearco IC. The turbo is a new OE unit and doesn't appear to have any exhaust leaks. It's a single line WG that also appears to be working correctly. Not matter how far I adjust the WG rod, the most boost I can get it to make is 10 psi. What was the factory boost level? Does this sound normal?? FYI, it has an OE downpipe and no cat. TIA

Is the plastic "Y" installed correctly?

I have no idea if the Y is on there correctly....my turbo regal experience is in the 86-87 motors. Can you post or send me a pic of the correct way the Y needs to be?

The "y" connections are the same as on the IC'd cars.

See if this takes care of the issue.

This WG only has a single line, but I think your diagram helps clear up some prolems. He has the Y going in the opposite direction and it appears to be some kind of an auto parts store platic Y and not the smaller one that came on the cars to begin with.
