There's very little difference between any of the heads except the 8445 have a bridged water passage on both ends. As far as power and flow after porting they're all about the same. Porting the head will allow for some extra power but porting the intake and heads together will help more. The next option is to do the turbo upgrade in my sig. Not hard but it's the only option for the before balck cars. You can also add alky to keep detonation away. Please do some more reading in beforeblack.com website to get an education about these car.
