Mbc problems

Is anyone using a MBC (Grainger Valve) with a Heavy Duty Wastegate Actuator? I have a feeling the spring in the actuator is too heavy (Strong) and It needs too much manifold pressure(Boost) to open the wastegate actuator. I want the actuator to start opening at around 12 psi. Any opinions

Don't believe you will need both.

The car has a HD wastegte on it and I want to insatll a MSC to help the spool.
