I have a three gauge A pillar pod coming from GBodyParts.com and wanted to determine which mechanical boost gauge was recommended for this gauge pod? I think I have read somewhere that some have had issues with fitting mechanical boost gauges (due to fitting / plumbing) into these types of pods.

Can someone let me know what boost gauge they have used? I am considering a Stewart Warner Maximum Performance since this will match the $100 electric SW Max Perf fuel pressure gauge I am wanting to order.

Thanks, Joe

I ran a VDO for years in a pillar pod with zero issues. Not sure why someone would suggest that it would be problematic.

vdo here and had to turn it so the bulb connection wouldn't interfere with the pod.

I run the Auto Meter Sport comp 30" vac/45 PSI boost gauge.

Its the same price as a 30/30.

Reason I use this model is gauges tend to be more accurate when they are NOT at the ends or close to the end of their range.
