Anyone see anything like this, not sure if it is a blown head gasket, or just condensation. Real milky stuff in the upper valve cover only......Anyone?????

Sounds like headgasket to me. I would do a compression test to check it out. :)

Check to see if the PCV valve is working good and not clogged up.

Ok, thanks for the input....New PCV valve about a week ago.. Oil from the dipstick looks fine....Guess I will check the compression.... It was running very well before I notice this. I had a header leak/crack so I pulled off the valve covers to remove the headers. Hope it is just condensation.....What should the compression be?????

As a general rule, you look at the spread between the 6 cylinders...all should be within 10-15% of each other. Others probably have better numbers to share with you.

condensation mixed with oil. Seen it several times.

Correct. Only two things that can really cause it. Water in oil (from blown head gasket) OR, a mis behaving/missing PCV system.
