Modifying a PT-51

Is there anything that can be done to a PT-51 as an upgrade? What would it take?? Just curious, wanting a bit more power from my car. thanks

Hey Mike, you can upgrade it to a PT-61 or just have the compressor wheel upgraded to the 61mm and keep the exhaust wheel. Your plans with a 3.8 in that RX7 should be fun Did you find a set of heads yet?

Spoke with Precision on the upgrade aspect of the PT-51, I have a brand new less than 300 miles on it turbo. I asked about an upgrade to the 61 nad was told it wasn't worth it. You'd spend more money on the upgrade than buying a new one. This was on a perfect turbo.

So I went back to turbonetics!

Basically I've been hearing the same on all the other boards also, well guess its time to unload & re-charge.
