In the British version, they were. That's why the song didn't do well in Britian I mean, WHY would a cigarette have it's own airplane? It just didn't make sense to Britons. Kinda like owning guns. Just doesn't make sense to them. (BUT....violent crime rates, DO.)

Some of ths issues we are dealing with today, have been public knowledge through the times.
Look at the current bombing in the Middle East. Those battles have rages for thousands of years and, based on scriptures, there will never be peace in that region.
