Well i went back out to the track tonight and ran 12.14 at 121mph with 23 pounds boost, second 12.37 at 123mph with 25 pounds boost. Then the head gasket blew on the 123mph run. So i'm done for this year i have to change the head gaskets and the transmission will come out and get rebuilt along with a Precision 3600 stall. BY the way i am still running a stock converter that is why the ETs are bad but good MPH. I need to go to a 28" slick i run a 26'x10.5 street ET now. Rob

Great MPH! I think their good for a very low 11's. What kind of 60's where you getting?

Sucks about the headgasket though.
:(

Rob, sorry to hear about the HG :( . Next year when you get the new TC, I'm sure the 60's will get in range and that 121 to 123 will be deep 11s. If you make it over this way sometime, let me know and you can try my 28x9 MT drags. Tim

With a 123mph = high 10 sec car. With out a Decent pair of slicks u are never going to get a satisfactory ET. Skip the 26 in ETs and go straight to the 28in slicks.

How much boost were u running? Were u locking the converter? Just wondering:cool:

My 60ft times were 2.07 on the 121mph and 2.23 60ft on the second pass on the 123 mph run. I can't build any boost off line with this stock converter thats why a new one is going in.
