Morel lifters - Performance Verfication

Is there a good way to inspect and/or test these roller lifters to make sure they "won't bleed", and will "pump up" before engine assembly/start up?
I'd hate to have to tear everything back apart, ESPECIALLY on a HA setup.

My experience was they do not pump up easaly ..I would suggest as mike at full throttle suggested to use a oil pump can or squirt bottle and try to fill the lifter by the small port in the side of the lifter ...pump once in a while with a push rod ...lifter should get full of oil ....use a light oil this will help....you can put in a 1 gallon can and slowly pump lifter with pushrod while lifter is in oil and even these 2 methods might not pump them up right away
