MSD crank trigger sensor to XFI question.

I am using a speedstar crank trigger with an MSD sensor.

I need to know which wires in my factory harness to splice to for the proper trigger signal function.

If you're using an adaptor harness, there aren't any wires in the factory harness to plug into unless you reroute them down at the XFI box. In order to run an MSD crank trigger, you need to ground XFI pin A-8 and send the signal (MSD Green wire) in on XFI pin A-4 and the return (MSD Violet Wire) in on XFI pin A-2. I would strongly suggest a shielded cable for these two wires.

Looks like I will be using the stock crank trigger for now until I get some shielded cable.

BTW,Cal,if I can get this thing running soon,I will be needing one of those AMS 1000 units you carry.Will contact you soon.
