MT Drag radials on stock rims

On 87 GN stock rims, which MT drag radial would be best 255/60/15 or 275/60/15?

Think I had 275/50/15 BFG drag radials on stock rims years ago, but not sure if the MTs fit any differently?

Here's 255/60/15's out back. (27" tall)

275/60/15's are 28" tall...... lots of guys like the look of a tall tire out back, but I prefer the shorter tire.

275/60/15 DR's

I have the 275/60 and would prefer the 255/50. I think the tire is too close the body for my comfort

The 275/60/15 should have an 8 inch rim according to MT. The 255/60/15 on stock rims looks great and hooks well at the track too. My car ran the same mph with both tires.
