MT ET Drag Radials-- real world feedback on treadlife and driving characteristics

Would folks who are running the Mickey Thompson ET Drag Radial mind sharing their experience with treadlife (how many miles on them and how do they look)?

Also, who has gotten caught in the rain? How bad were they? What about throwing rocks, or any other odd driving characteristics at highway speed?

I've read mag articles and posts and know they hook, but I'm looking for real experiences with the other aspects.

I'm considering replacing my worn Nitto DRs with these, but am leaning to another set of Nittos for their all-around capabilities. I run Quicktime Pros at the strip.

Mine lasted about 600 miles, which included 43 1/8 mile track runs. Best 60' was a 1.67 with an average 60' of 1.8x. I may have overpowered them since they were only 235/60-15 on 7" wide wheels. I don't have any wet road experience with them.
I will not buy another set because of the short life expectancy and they didn't hook that well for very long. This is just my experience and I know others will chime in and say they are the greatest drag radial available.

I've only got a couple-hundred miles on mine, but they look like the day I put them on. Haven't flogged them at the track, though. I've been driving on wet roads (melting snow) but not rain. They have excellent street manners under all conditions. They haven't been picking up a lot of junk and throwing it up in the wheel wells, but it's pretty cold out. I suspect that once it gets warm out, and they get softer, that they'll pick everything up.

They're the best tires I've had on the car since I've owned it hands down.
