I think the ctsv is a history maker for cadillac not for cars in general

The ws6 will be the 69 camaro of the future

No it wont. It was a suspension package.

If is article was about engines, than yes, the LS1 was a solid engine, but I would think the LT1 in the 1993 f-body was a more impactful engine. (compared to the engines of the late 80's/early 90's it replaced)

Plus, if you break it down to the title of the article, "Muscle Cars that Made History", I would think the 86 GN was more impactful than the GNX. Don't get me wrong, im now downplaying the GNX by any means.......I just think that in 1986 more people ooh'd and aah'd about the new intercooled GN than they did with the 87 GNX. A muscle car has always been a relatively affordable fast car: not a dream car. The GNX was not relatively affordable.

I had a 1978 Trans Am with the WS-6 suspension....snowflake aluminum
wheels, 7" wide in front and 8" wide in back....I've never seen one with the
correct wheels since then!

The Ws6 Trans Am and the SS Camaro Will definitely be like the 69 depending on SLP options. I would not even bring up the Lt1 unless your talking about the 1970 or 2014 version. I did like the lt1 though because it made me a lot of money.Cam driven water pump ,opti spark I loved it. I worked for Chevy through that era. They were a little better than the Tpi engines but the opti spark brought it right back down. I agree about the Gnx. But the 84 gn is what put the Gn on the map. I didn't see the Zr1 Corvette on that list.I'm not saying that because I have one . The Ctsv is the fastest 4 door sedan on the planet so it probably gets to be on the list. But look at the price on the cars the Ctsv is 80k the Gnx was only 29k but that was in 87 the price of that car today would be the same as the cadi. I agree on some of the cars on the list should not be on there. Opinions are asses every pair of trousers has one.

Bingo.

Still not agreeing about the WS6's, and especially the Chrysler Sebring stunt double SS's. Trust me: I am a huge fan of both cars too, and the WS6 with ram air hood in sunset orange metallic is an awesome looking car IMO. Just don't think they will be valued. MAYBE a Firehawk or a 35th Limited SS or T/A.......maybe. Time will tell...

When I worked at Carmax we had sunset orange ws6 come in and I almost bought. I love that car. How about the white with blue chrome rims. Im with you on the Firehawk.

The white ones are very nice, very rare. Back when I was in high school I remember a kid who live about a half hour from me who had a white WS6 with chrome rims, white top, white leather interior, and an ATI Procharger under the hood with every bit of chrome dress up on the engine. And a liquid intercooler.

It was a very sharp car. Hopefully he thanked mommy and daddy for it and live to see his 20's
