My 86 GN

I got an 86 GN with 63,000 miles on it. It is all stock except for cold air kit and some sort of an exhaust prior owner put on. Can someone tell me best way to take what I got and turn it into a low 12 second car. Every idea and opinions are greatly appreciated. I'd like to know what kind of suspension upgrades, if any, tires and sizes, and so on. Its my first GN and I'd like to have some fun with it. Also my brakes are kind of weird on it, everytime I hit the brake, the light in the dash comes on for a second and my brakes don't work that safely. The car also seems to 'load up' and acts like it wants to quit runnin when i sit at idle for a minute, like its getting flooded or something. It just started doing that recently. I live near Dayton Ohio, and was wondering if anyone knows a place that has experience working on these cars. Anyways any advice would be nice and thanks.

Open up the intake and exhaust, get a scan tool (Direct Scan) and tune it, put Razor's alky kit on it and start cranking up the boost slowely, and what GN ERGY said. The tune / good working order is the first step. Try to find local Turbo Buick guys to help you also. Reading alot of the post here will help too.
