Shes a gem. I am only owner 2. It was used year round. Sparingly driven until 1994. from 94-2012 it was maintained and stored indoors accumulating 200 miles. I acquired it a month ago and have driven almost 800 miles on nice days. 100% rot free with a few spots of surface rust on one quarter and door. (9 CT winters) the only non original parts are the heater core, tires, filters, wipers, and plugs. Car also has dealer installed vinyl top and am only with speaker delete. Its not perfect, but its as close as it can be having had elderly owners who drove it year round. I would rate the exterior 8-8.5. Interior is a 10. plastic is still on insturment panels and interior looks as if nobody ever was in it. Little pedal wear and the ring scuffs on the wheel leather and the factory plastic wrap on heater panel surround are the only tells that a ghost wasnt the driver. I plan on cleaning up what i have to, but leaving it in its survivor state. Hope you like.

Glad to see you over here Junky. Looks like you might have gotten a nice car, but be aware that all Regals from 78 to 87 have some sort of rust. You just haven't found it yet.
