You're a real pal. They have a primary and a secondary case open on this, (on his employer and on the builder) and have noted me as a contact person. I really appreciate that.

Sylvan, sorry to hear about your brother. Sounds like he was a great guy.

Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like his supervisor ever heard of lockout/tagout. I am sure that OSHA will be having a field day with him.

Hang in there and remember you have a lot of people here that you can talk to.

Thank you. As I said before, if I find out that this could have been easily prevented.....well, his widow is going to be a rich woman.

Sylvan: I had no idea this had occured. I am so sorry to hear about this. If there is anything that I can do, please do not hesitate to call or drop me an e-mail. I can't even inagine the pain that his wife and her family and you and your family are going through now. E-mail me if there is anything that I can help with.

I am very sorry to hear of your loss, may god bless your brother and your family.

That Sucks:( :(

My prayers go to you and your family for strength through these most difficult times. :(

Sylvan:
No quitting dringing till after the West Coast Nationals.

:( :( Sorry to hear about your brother. Please accept my sincere condolences. My kid brother and I are very close and I would not know what to do in your situation. Remember the good times is the only thing I can think to say. Mark

What ever came of the situation with the boss and OSHA?
I can't say for sure. I have to go through his widow for that information, and that C*** wont even talk to me. Sadly for her, I'll be calling this month and telling her to load up what should rightfully come to me (family photo albums, etc.) because I'll be on my way to CA with a truck whether that b!tch likes it or not. The investigation will never change anything for me- so it's hard to care too much.....but I'd like to see my kid sister get some money or something.

Hey Sylvan, You holdin up alright? Haven't seen you post much lately. You're welcome to call anytime if anything is on your mind, take care bud.

I appreciate that. I'm just so busy on the two boards that I primarily hang out on that I've had little time to post here. I'm really lookin' forward to the next 505 get together......maybe we should arrange a dyno day or something.
