I recently picked up a complete 85 T type that's in quite nice shape, it's a t top car and other then needing a 3x5 patch in the floor the rest of the car is solid as a rock. As a bonus to the solid body, the car still retains it's original 8.5 posi, original BQ trans. The real surprise was looking over the engine and finding a 25526109 casting number and a pipe plug in the front of the block. Btw, car also has a fully functional digital dash and electronic climate control, not a bad find in my opinion. This car will be receiving an LC2 conversion since I already have a converted 140 block that has been built and ready to go for several months. This has really gotten my rear end in gear to get on track with my build which seems to be changing yet again :D

Car has TT chip version 5.7 with 86-87 ECM and 42# injectors, I was told by previous owner that he installed a 340 pump, car does have a fp hot wire. Has new plugs and wires, 86-87 coil and module with CCCI hot wire. Today I added an LT1 MAF (works great, thanks Earl Brown) and a translator, K&N filter and a Scanmaster. It doesn't run too bad. Still getting quite a bit of detonation at wot but normal driving and mid throttle shows 0 KR. I have 93 in the tank, but don't know if previous owner used 93 or not, guess it could be low octane fuel or maybe too much boost on the TT chip for the fuel I have in the tank. I'll fill her up with super again and see where it's at afterwards. Numbers on Scanmaster look good other then KR on hard accel.

Thanks, I will definitely be posting updates as I make progress in the build. Tomorrow I'm swapping out the wheels for a set of 84-85 GN wheels, and hopefully have some time for a little tuning and then do a little cruising.

Thanks, but I actually have a set of fiberglass fillers ready to go on. X2 on the t top visors, the originals are in the trunk, they crumble into crumbs when you touch them :(

Lol, love that (power windows by Armstrong), I might switch to buckets and floor shift since I have a donor car. Also has CS II, and the panels are mint.
