I've seen several 30k GNs role across the block selling in the mid $20s with mild mods.

I don't know why they even print those values. I work in the auto body industry and we had a guy bring NADA values in to help the insurance company determine the value of his totaled GN. In the end they used their own valuation and it wasn't even close to what he or NADA though it was worth.
