Name that TV show please

Do any of you remember a show on TV (I think a series) about some scientists driving around in a silver motorhome (might have been called ARK) in the world after some kind of nuclear war or something?

It was on in the late 70's I think. They might have been a family and I think they had a robot with them. Robot might have been the black one that looks like the Michelean tire guy.

Ring any bells?

It was pretty low budget I think. They just drove around in the silver motorhome and solved local community issues.

Now I gotta check ebay for the series on DVD Im a big Science Fiction Geek......I did a similar thing for the old marianation series Stingray. They want crazy money for those old shows.

Found It!!!

Unbelievable! item number 9106967357. The ArkII all 14 episodes on 3 vhs cassettes in good condition for 19.99---no bids with a day left. Looks like a real classic!!!real cheesy.
