I am going to be using drag radials but not driving them on the street. Will they need to be balanced? If so what kind of balance? thanks
 
If they balance the tires on a Yugo that can only go 70 mph, wouldn't you want to ballance the tires on a car capable of much faster speeds? Not trying to be an *******, but IMO all tires should have at least a static balance; better yet dynamic if you can deal with weights on the outside of the rim lip.
 
Yugo's can go 70 mph??? Maybe downhill with a tailwind...LOL Heck, it can't even jump a creek!!!

But yes, you should balance the tires...
 
LOL on the Yugo. My father actually had one of those things. Oh what a day of shame the family felt when he came home with one, brand new. What a POS!
