Just want to see if anyone might be going or wants to on the 29th I will be there and hope to make it out of the burnout box this time I made some upgrades over the winter to the upper end so we will see. I know my uncle is going CLEMSGN with his 10sec street car T. Hope to see more there too.

NH drags

Would like to go but it all depends if my car stays together that long. Looking foward to meeting other TR owners in the area. Hows it going Matt? Phil.

hey Phil, going good. just waiting on Bobby to finish up, went all forged internals, no messin around anymore.

Damn, not ready yet. I've been working on building a retaining wall at my house and haven't had a chance to do much on my car. DC, I hope you do better this time out! That was rough seeing your tranny poop out last time. The weather is supposed to be beautiful too.

Dam I woud love to go but my mom is selling her home & we are running the yard sale for her.

Plus T ball picnic for #4 kid in the afternoon.

Thanks for the offer. I am going to shoot for May 17 myself wednesday nite to see how slow the T will do.

Went up tonight to spectate. A friend of mine in a regular racecar dropped coolant and spun into the wall. He's OK but they shut the track down for 1:20 hours to clean it. Lots of huge riggs were pulling in for the weekend. I hope you guys are able to get more than 2 shots at the track. They are also fixing up the pits and a good portion of them are not in use. If my friend hadn't shut the track down it would have been a good night, not too crowded and cooled off real nice for us turbo guys. Good luck tomorrow, let know how you did.

OOP's I did it again

Well guys it happened agian, just not a tranny problem this time and I was able to get almost one pass. I wanted to make a single pass in street form with a little race fuel, 15 psi, my nittos, right off the street the way I drive her. The car pulls like a raped date and I managed a 11.95 at a low mph, I was off the gas @ 800ft when I noticed my boost guage was at O and my fuel pressure dropped to 35psi and POOOF motors wasted. The culpret was the vacume line blew off  forgot to replace the zip tie. Anyway I was pleased with the pass, now I know it should go 11.50 in street trim and 15psi w/ nittos, and with the new slicks I have, and 25psi, and my race chip and more than a 2psi 1.75 60ft launch, well I might see that 10 I am looking for.

Time to pull the motor, it runs ok and I have mint oil pressure but its knocking like a mofo and it increases with rpm too. Any ideas?

wasted bearing. hows that thing so fast at 15psi? doesnt it have stock heads?

Hey Matt,

I re-did the upper end of the engine this winter, ported and polished heads, ported intake, 212-212 cam, 009's, all that stuff. I guess the heads I got are flowing pretty dam good. Dale Cherry's son ran low low 10's on 20psi with a 70 turbo with these. I am having the car towed back monday so I will drop the pan and check things.

was up there and saw a nice gray t-type screwin down the track, also some red regal in low nines, love to see more of that car, hope to get to track more often, always good times...

Oh boy, bad luck. Hope it's not too serious.

Got the car back from NED today thanks to a good friend John he towed me back last time too. Thanks John. I will tear into the motor soon and let everyone know what the fup happened. It sounds like a rod bearing or even a wrist pin but who knows. I am still happy with the 11.9 in street trim and only 15psi of boost and a 3psi launch with nitto's.

Was the grey T the silver one or the darker grey one. I know the owner of the dark grey T and the car has alot more in it ,and he drives it to and from 110 miles away.

YOOO YOOO YOOO ;)

looked like it may have been the darker one, i only saw the one t-type but may have not paid to close attention, but it was a nice clean looking car, wish i had more money miss my old gn and Ts, starting to really like the snowmobiles, must be a fun ride...
