Need .040 over file fit rings

I bought some Sealed Power at Advanced that were .040 oversize but I'm seeing gaps at .022 for most cylinders.
I was wanting to set the gaps at .018-.020>

What mfg offers .040 file fit rings that are (.045) and who sells them?
