wondering if anybody had any info on the best solution for a stock or slightly modified turbo replacement. I just had my motor rebuilt and i want to replace the factory turbo with the same or a slight upgrade, I'm not looking for anything fancy just a good solid turbo(must be new). motor has an upgraded cam, 3' exhaust, and a 3' downpipe

I would go with a TA49 or a TA60...these fit just like stock, take about 60 mins to install...plus us can easily run in the low to mid 12's with these turbo's,some hit the 11's....cost is about 700 bucks....

I would vote for the TE44 or TA49 turbo. I have a TE44 with a CK performance 3400 9/11. Talk about instant booooooost.

Trust me, you will not be dissappointed. For a small turbo, the TE44 pulls hard at 22+ psi:D

ta60 would be a lil' on the laggy side. GT3255E, TE44 OR TA49 would suit you fine. preference to the GT

thanx guys
